Job Description
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY / MAIN TASKS :
1. Implement In-time and correct New EDSM in all Test Stations to ensure production is capable of producing each variants for every customer.
2. Ensure that test machines are available for production use by attending to machine error for troubleshooting.
3. Support in Test Engineering Problem Solving in identifying the root cause of the problem and providing corrective actions and permanent solutions related to FPY, Scrap and OEE to minimize costs and increase machine efficiency.
4. Support test engineering activities for the improvement of FPY, OEE and Scrap.
5. Support and assist in New Line Machine Setup and qualification for test equipment.
6. Ensure that technicians within his shift are working according to their assigned task.
6.1 Ensure all test machines are well maintained and available for production use.
6.2 Ensure that test machines are setup correctly according to production loading plan and program matrix.
7. Coordinate Test mechanical issues with Maintenance and BU IE team.
8. Train new test technicians through buddy system.
9. Cooperate with Department's team building activities.
10. Ensure that all materials for disposals are properly disposed by the team.
11. Support HR's CRS by attending such activities.
12. Support and Maintain a good team atmosphere/work environment.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE :
Preventive maintenance for machine and test fixtures
Knowledge on Test methodology
Leadership ( Tech 3 level )
Mechanical and electronics ( Advance for Level 2 & 3 )
Report generation
Measurement System & Analysis (MSA) ( Advance for Level 2 & 3 )
Problem Solving ( Advance for Level 2 & 3 )
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
At least 2 year technical course
Preferably graduate of Electronics, Mechanical and IT related courses
Relevant experience in Test Engineering for Electronics Company
Knowledge in machine troubleshooting
Experience in Electronics Manufacturing
Atleast 2 years leadership experience
