Graduate of 3 years Technology Course with at least two (3) years experience in a semiconductor company.
With working knowledge on at least one of these Digital/MS ATE testers: Sentry 21/KTS , Maverick, Credence Duo/Quartet , Teradyne J750, and Trillium/LTX Delta D50/DSTE., Teradyne Uflex/Iflex, SZ, TMT and Advantest T2K.
With working experience on FT and Probe set-ups, mixed signal & digital test methodologies.
With creative problem solving (out-of-the-box thinking) ability and good in oral & written communication skills
