As a Test Standards Engineer, you will implement procedures for the purpose of maintaining tools and ensuring that they are in good condition. You will support the improvement activities being implemented and ensuring a harmonious execution. You are to ensure that non-conformities are prevented and to report any abnormalities encountered to immediate superiors. You would be directly responsible for managing the resources required for maintaining the tools under jurisdiction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide direct guidance and supervision to technicians to achieve targets.
Support the Implementation of Management System
Facilitate scheduled calibration, machine and ESD PM activities on machines and jigs
Prepare and update PM & Calibration Masterlist, Plans & Reports
Design improvement activities on machines, systems and process
Monitor, review, provide analysis and creation of action plans to improve machine performance
Provide technical and functional guidance to Technicians and other members if needed
Support actual machine and line set-up
Support in evaluation activities to improve production yield
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
BS Degree graduate.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
PREFERRED:
Previous experience as an engineer with data management
Recognized and knowledgeable in Control Charts (scatter plot, line chart).
Knowledgeable in JMP and Minitab is highly recommended.

Ability to make clear, logical decisions based on facts, taking into consideration the big picture, long and short term effects, and exercising sound judgment when handling complaints, confidential and sensitive issues
