Job Description Provides design capability and leadership to improve quality of testing and increase automated deployments Design Test Automation In close collaboration with the Segment/Tribe lead, design the test plan so as to automate testing whenever possible Document the test automation plan so as to ensure proper execution by the test team Coordinate packaging of software In collaboration with the DevOps chapter, build the software packages to deploy into the testing environment(s) Ensure the packages for prod. deployment are consistent with those which have been tested Maximize Test Coverage Design test plans to cover the maximum number of scenarios in order to ensure the completeness of the testing process Raise any risks associated with lack of coverage to the SRE team Maintains the repository of test code Maintain the repository of test code to facilitate regression testing Maximize the re-use of code toreduce overall testing effort Coordinate the remediation of test code as necessary Make Your Passion Part of Your Profession.
