Job Description
Oversee equipment ramp and meet equipment utilization.
Oversee new equipment and testing technology.
Responsible for meeting cost, productivity, quality goals and tactical plans to support equipment roadmap.
Formulate plans & lead a team to achieve section goals and objectives.
Train, develop and retain staff.
Manage the budget, resources, and cost of the Section to ensure cost effectiveness in all its operations.
Lead and guide staff to achieve engineering / technical solutions as well as maintain competitiveness.
Participate or lead in plant wide cross-functional activities.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 12 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic); Engineering(Mechanical); Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
Excellent oral and written skills in English
8-12 years' industrial experience and above with 5-8 years equipment engineering experience
Good knowledge in Test Tooling and Test Equipment Maintenance.
Good understanding of all phases of operations
Effective management and leadership skills.
Help build and maintain effective teams.
Independent, resourceful and takes initiative.
Effective communication skills.
