QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering. Master's degree/units in related engineering field is an advantage
At least three (3) years of experience in a product evaluation, product applications, test development or similar technical role.
Strong background in electronics, circuit analysis and understanding of battery management system products.
Strong knowledge in software programming, debugging, IC test and measurement methods
Experience with Automated Test Equipment (Teradyne ETS-364, Flex, Advantest, etc.) and in designing Hardware solutions using Cadence Allegro are added advantage.
Proficient in programming languages like C++, C#, Visual Basic, etc.
Demonstrated ability to work at high level performance in team and individually
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
The BMS Team is looking for a Test Development Engineer who would spearhead breakthrough and/or derivative test solution projects for Battery Management System (BMS) devices. He/She is responsible for the design, development and implementation of an effective high precision and high-performance solution in an Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for the purpose of verification, qualification, characterization and manufacturing. Software and Hardware Test solutions should guarantee product performance according to automotive specifications ensuring the company's desired level of quality and reliability. This job also entails heavy collaboration with Design, Product and Applications engineering across ADI global sites.
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
