JOB PURPOSE:
The company is seeking highly-skilled test analysts to assure the quality of the configuration and integration of the CreditLens system and Collaborative Analytics Platform (CAP) supplied by Moody’s Analytics.   
CreditLens is a credit application and approval workflow tool which has been configured specifically for and is at the core of the process and data improvements envisaged by the business under the program. CAP is a backend engine that computes risk ratings fed into Creditlens workflows for decisioning.
The Test Analysts will report to the Test Manager and are expected to provide support for all the testing-related activities of the project and represent the company's interest in the delivery of fit for purpose credit workflow solutions integrated with CAP.  
The QA Test Analyst team will sit with the project team but work closely with representatives from the business as well as vendors (Moody’s, FINASTRA, SOFTWARE AG,).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand functional requirements and integration requirements and familiarise yourself with the CreditLens tool.
Review test scenarios and test execution plans, provide comments, and propose adjustments.
Coordinate with vendors and ITD teams on setting up test environments and tester access.
Liaise with the QA Lead to understand the QA process and standards around testing
Review test cases (system, integration, non-functional, UAT) and familiarise with the JIRA test tracking tool.
Work with vendors and business owners to prepare test data for the various systems
Validate in consultation with Business Analysts and vendors that the test scenarios are aligned, mapped, and have traceability with the business, functional, non-functional, and integration requirements
Execute test cases in accordance with the test execution plan and update test results accurately and clearly in JIRA.
Attend Defect Triage meetings and contribute to the swift remedy and retest of defects.
Monitor and review results of System Integration Testing, Performance Testing, and User Acceptance test ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.
Publish test reports to summarize the outcome of testing on a daily basis.
Ensure that all test cases and test results are documented in Jira and follow up with vendors and existing system owners on the progress of testing, test results, and fixes
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Suitability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned above at the required level
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology/ Management. Professional qualification or experience in Testing would be an advantage.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a Test Analyst in a project team environment delivering integrated systems
Work experience in a banking environment is highly desirable.
Working experience of test management tools including automation tool, defect tracking tool (Jira)
Must possess a solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
Excellent written and oral communication and technical documentation skills in English
Strong collaborator with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline intensive environment
Self-motivated and with strong organizational skills
Must have the ability to understand and relate to new products, technology, or strategy and be able to follow directions.
