Competition monitoring
Agency relationship management
Warehousing
Key Performance Indicators
Sales calls target per week
Sales target monthly & annual
Area penetration (total accounts over acquired accounts)
Agency penetration (total agencies over user agencies)
Cost to route and average cost per call
Inventory Accuracy
Hard Skills
Excellent B2B selling skills
Technical/Demo selling
Able to create routing plans
Able to create and present PowerPoint presentations
Able to create and present excel reports
Soft Skills
Empathy
Active Listening
Excellent communication/well spoken

Qualifications
Graduate of any business course
More than 5 years experience in sales
Must be from exact city of operations
Familiar with entire province scope
Able to drive motorcycle/car
