Description
Major Responsibilities:
1. Developing a customer base to achieve assigned targets for installed capacity
2. Negotiating the commercial terms of customer engagements to achieve their approved revenue targets
3. Maintaining a healthy relationship with all customers in assigned territory to ensure the resolution of possible concerns
Main KPIs:
1. Attainment of installed PV capacity target vs actual (for assigned area)
2. Attainment of projected revenue per kWh vs actual (for assigned area)
3. Target G&A expenses vs actual
Qualifications:
-Must have at least 3 years of experience in territory management
-With experience in sales planning, territory management, commercial negotiations, competitive analysis, managing client relationship.
With pleasing personality and good communication skills
With Licensed driver
Willing to do selling in provincial areas
Work tools: Company vehicle, Fleet card, Laptop, Mobile phone with data, Mobile projector, Portable printer

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 3
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Sales Management, Commercial skills / Networking, Sales
