Job Summary:
Provides operational support in tank truck loading activities
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. As Terminal Operations Assistant
a. Prepares, measures, and mixes fuel additives
b. Collates, records, and reviews daily inventory, product receiving, product transfer reports of additives, dyes, and blending components and reconciles their daily movements
c. Updates daily product stock reports and submits these to relevant parties
d. Analyzes product movements and maintains the integrity of the inventory data
e. Reports variances and reasons for variances
2. As Loadingman
a. Accepts and verifies the R.R.I.C. issued by the Dispatcher
b. Conducts pre loading inspection of tank trucks including tank truck calibration certificate and permit to transport certificates
c. Ensures that all loading procedures are implemented
d. Ensures proper doping of fuel additives and colorants
e. Conducts product sampling
f. Prepares all loading reports
g. Implements proper housekeeping and upkeep of terminal facilities to ensure that the terminal/ depot is always clean, grass cut, free from spill and oil leakages, and garbage regularly collected
3. Performs other related functions that may be delegated from time to time
Job Qualifications:
* Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering/Tehnical, Business or equivalent.
* At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is an advantage or equivalent.
* Must be willing to work on shifting schedule and extended working hours
* Willing to be assigned to any SEAOIL Depot.
* Must have proficiency in various Microsoft Office applications.
* Must be detail-oriented, organized and trustworthy.
* Physically fit.
