JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintain and monitor Packhouse machines and equipment, through inspection and control desk, according to optimum operating conditions with the objective of ensuring continuous operations and achievement of daily targets
Handle proper cement extraction from silo to packing lines
Do the silo dipping and recording of inventory in order to record and coordinate the material to Business Unit head
Supervise housekeeping of packers/conveyors within working area and proper turnover to incoming shift in order to attain continuous operations and ensure the quality of products dispatched
Check equipment status and actual equipment inspection using checklist. Preside over Toolbox meetings (each shift) together with the Terminal Engineer. Closure of NMHA Findings. Supervise and monitor Cement & Empty Paper bag Inventory. Participate in the conduct of vessel drop survey. Generate and Validate Production reports and conduct preventive maintenance schedules using the correct methods and tools. EHS SafeReview and approval. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA). Supervise shift operation and maintenance of the equipment.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer, or equivalent
Newly Licensed Engineers are considered, with excellent scholastic performance
With relevant internship or work experience in manufacturing industry
Required Skill(s): Production Planning, Operations Supervision, Equipment Maintenance, Computer LIteracy
Willing to be assigned in Davao Cement Terminal
