Terminal Managers
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Regularly conducts quality assessment of fuel and lubricant inventory forecasting of all the
company's retail, commercial and industrial consumers.
Monitors current practices/procedures as well as equipment at the terminal to ensure compliance
with safety and environmental standards.
Monitors the quality and quantity of bulk transfers and prepares vessel documents after loading
tankers/barges.
Ensures that the quality and quantity of the tank truck loading rack (TTLR) comply with the
company-approved trade secret in the doping of color and additives.
Prepares reports required by the Department of Energy (DOE) and the Bureau of Internal
Revenue (BIR). All reports should be submitted to the Operations Manager for approval prior
submittal to the concerned government agencies.
Monitors and maintains daily, weekly, and monthly records of bulk operations to determine the
terminal's gains and losses.
Investigates unsafe practices, spillage, near misses, or other accidents observed at the terminal.
These incidents will be reported to the Operations Manager and the Corporate Office.
Regularly assesses terminal operations to ensure safety practices and procedures are properly
implemented. Any possible deficiency found at the terminal should be corrected immediately to
reduce cases of preventive accidents.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer
At least 4-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position,
preferably in petroleum industry.
Must be willing to be assigned at any of the following locations: Cebu, Iloilo, Bacolod, and
Davao.
