Checking and responding emails daily
Sending tender opportunities to General Manager daily
Download client tender documents, create folders and save downloaded documents on the correct location on drive.
Prepares proposal and tender responses by determining the concept, gathering and formatting information, writing drafts and obtaining approvals.
Determines proposal/tender concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs, and studying the request service need of the client.
Meet proposal/tender deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review of the senior, revision, approval and final submission.
Develops proposal/tender by using the templates and providing the requirement of the client.
Ensures all requirements of the tender has been provided v Writes, revises and edits revises of the proposal/tender.
Obtains approval on submitting the final proposal/tender version to General Manager and CEO.
Maintains quality, results by using templates; following proposal/tender writing standards including readability, consistency and tone.
Always update and maintain the database including the tender templates when needed
Obtains feedback in regards to unsuccessful tender.
Manage and execute monthly newsletter campaign and posting plan every month
Preparation and submission of monthly newsletters
Calendar management v Perform market research when needed
Reach out to the client/managers via email or calls when needed
Create presentation, brochures and doing graphic design to any new materials when needed.
Perform any other related duties assigned by the management from time to time
Job Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
Experience for an Australian client or company would be an advantage
Basic Adobe knowledge
Advance MS Word skills and proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
Ability to adapt to new tools and software v Excellent Communicator (email/call)
A high attention to detail v Ability to work on time-critical tasks, multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to acquire new skill sets and work in a diverse role
Ability to work independently and meticulously
Experience in creative designs, layouts and presentation
Willingness to learn and to be trained
