JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Frontline for addressing of tenant’s concerns, requests and issues
2. Close monitoring to all concerns or feedbacks
3. On time resolution to all concerns received
4. Foster and strengthen partnerships with tenants
5. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
JOB QUALIFICATION:
Must possess at least a College/Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Mass Communication, Public Relation, or any administrative course
MS Office and Google Form/Sheet familiarity
Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
Excellent communication skills
Flexible and organize
Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
Must be highly detail oriented and have the ability to effectively multi-task
Has a pleasing and pleasant personality
