Temporary Intake Process Coordinator
Job Description:
Collaboration with Sales and Account Management team to communicate NCS intake requirements
Review, QA and compilation of submitted requirements
Creation of intake and documents repository to specification
Creation and monitoring of project plan
Coordination of project schedule, milestones and updates to workstreams and stakeholders
Management of commercial pipeline, directory and database
Monitoring of Change and Dashboard access requests
Develops and maintains intake documentation, process maps, procedures, guidelines or work instructions.
Creation of reports, surveys, forms and standard templates for the program
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
Excellent Organization skills
Project coordination and monitoring experience
Required skill(s):
Project management, client management, analytics, presentations And Demonstrations.
High level competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint.
Knowledge in Salesforce, Power BI and Wrike preferred
Knowledge of database management/project tracker
Strong skills in Process Mapping and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflow
Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
Strong organizational skills and must be detailed oriented.
Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
Takes high degree of ownership over their work
