Job Description : CSTMPP2.Temp/Intern EX Temporary Data Processing and Quality Assurance Coordinator Job Description: Data Pull: * Collaboration with Intake team to understand implementation requirements * Conduct inventory of plan documents a Job Description : CSTMPP2.Temp/Intern EX Temporary Data Processing and Quality Assurance Coordinator Job Description: Data Pull: Collaboration with Intake team to understand implementation requirements Conduct inventory of plan documents and HLR information Upload SBC to PDF Reader One Drive folder for benefit extraction Schedule onboarding materials upload into Salesforce Review PDF reader output and complete population of benefit element spreadsheet Send necessary spreadsheet files to the CRM team for Salesforce upload (i.e., benefit, email, transfer matrix) QA : Conduct Full QA of Account and Plan Benefit Elements in SalesForce Conduct EOC File Load QA (generally after OE) Skills: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Excellent Organization skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and Wrike Experience in process mapping and process improvement with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze, build and execute business processes and workflows Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations Strong organizational skills and must be detailed oriented Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication Demonstrates excellent customer service skills Adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed Takes high degree of ownership over their work TTEC is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
