Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
> Telesales Function:
Outbound/Inbound call promotion
Answer thru call or email inquiries, concerns and price query for assigned accounts
Search thru web equivalent items or specifications of client requirements
Submit quotations thru email
Monitor and ensure achievement of sales target and target project amount
Follow up with client overdue invoices and coordinate with accounting for collection
Update project report as needed
Submits required reports
> Sales Coordinator Function:
Answer and/or forward inquiries and concerns of other clients thru phone/email to assigned Technical Sales Executive/Business Unit Head
Check last purchase price or last offered price, permits required for items to be quoted
Prepares quotation as per client and/or Technical Sales Executive request and forward to Business Unit Head for approval
Email quotation to assigned Technical Sales and/or client
Creates order slip, attach PO/Permits and other pertinent documents to OS and secure approval from Accounting Department and from Business Unit Head
Coordinates delivery schedule with Logistics
Inform Technical Sales and clients for any deviation of delivery schedule
Assist Technical Sales and Business Unit Head in various request
Provide monthly sell-out sales report to Supplier
Provide weekly sales, monthly sales summary and performance report, YTD sales to Business Unit Head
Prepare sales reports as needed and requested
Contributes to ISO procedures / Participates in ISO Audit
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree holder (BS in Food Technology, microbiology or any related course)
With selling experience (telesales)
With previous experience as a Sales Coordinator
Proficient in using Microsoft applications such as word, excel and PowerPoint
With excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Fast learner and proactive
