Qualifications
Background in Marketing, Business, or related fields
Proven experience in telesales or sales/customer service with a track record of meeting quotas
Knowledge of CRM software and relevant computer programs
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong ability to engage customers, build rapport, and close sales
