Make outbound calls to prospects, present services, and close sales
Record customer interactions and maintain CRM systems
Build and maintain positive client relationships
Continually update knowledge of company offerings and policies
Qualifications
Background in Marketing, Business, or related fields
Proven experience in telesales or sales/customer service with a track record of meeting quotas
Knowledge of CRM software and relevant computer programs
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong ability to engage customers, build rapport, and close sales
