Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Sales Representatives, assuring that the company's sales objectives, practices and deadlines are communicated.
Ensure that everyone in the team deliver their sales targets and customer service goals
Develop sales strategies, processes and recommend best practices to maximize output. Conducts weekly/monthly performance evaluation.
Motivates, coach and provide feedback to team members on areas for improvement.
Train, guide and orient Sales Representatives for skills development.
Schedule a weekly team meeting to resolve employee and team issues, if any
Participates in the hiring and selection process of Sales Representatives.
Keeps management updated on the team's performance.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for the operations and management to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications
Skills:
3+ years experience as a Sales Manager in a BPO or Call center
With Sales/Marketing/Corporate Sales/Business experience
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Energetic, goal-oriented and performance-driven
Can work well under pressure and with strategic thinking abilities
Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-starter
Effective motivator and coach to a team of Sales Representatives
Required Special skills/qualities : leadership skills, people-oriented, sales skills, positive attitude, interpersonal skills and reliable
Proficient in MS office
Bachelor's Degree in business or related courses preferred
