Job Description
Responding to guest, answering questions and inquiries, troubleshooting problems, providing information and handling guest complaints
Follow and maintaining the efficiently manner as per hotel standards when talking to guest
Know how to operate switchboard or PBX system and Opera system
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
Candidates can speak and understand Arabic Language and excellent communication in English
