-Understand the telephone operator board or PBX switchboard operations.
-Provides paging services for guests and employees.
-Following telephone etiquette
-Trains or assists with training new telephone operators in performance of job duties.
-Perform daily attendance records and other clerical functions
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
