As we grow, we're looking for someone who's confident on the phone, sales-driven, and ready to help us expand our client base in the HORECA industry.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to hotels, restaurants, cafés, and food service businesses
Introduce and promote imported products (beef, salmon, and other premium items)
Send product offers, price updates, and promotions
Follow up on inquiries and convert them into confirmed orders
Build long-term relationships with chefs, purchasing officers, and managers
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing
Maintain accurate records of calls, quotations, and client updates
Help achieve monthly sales targets and grow company accounts
Qualifications:
Confident and clear communicator
Comfortable speaking with chefs, hotel managers, and decision-makers
Organized and consistent in follow-ups
Basic computer skills (Excel, email, messaging applications)
