TELEMARKETING POSITION FOR CEBU-BASED ASSET MANAGER
 
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our small team and contribute by helping to generate sales for the company on a business to business basis using the telephone, email and other social media platforms. Your key role will be to open sales opportunities using Nanjia Capital's database of English speaking potential clients on a global basis.
 
An effective sales person must be an excellent communicator with superior people and organisation skills. They must be comfortable discussing Nanjia Capitals products and services over the phone (full training provided) to attract interest. Then arranging Zoom calls with your new potential client and Nanjia Capital's Managing director, who will then handle the sales process and close the deal. The person will also be required to assist the managing director with organising business trips, hotel and flight bookings. The goal is to help the company grow by introducing Nanjia Capital products to new customers on a global basis by working closely with the managing Director.
 
Telemarketer responsibilities:
Marketing Nanjia Capital Products to new potential Investors (leads provided)
Providing information to potential clients through email and over the phone
Arranging Zoom calls with the potential clients and the managing director
Maintaining a record of calls and relevant details
Updating customer details onto Nanjia Capital Database
Requirements are:
Experience as a telesales representative / customer service / work in a face to face retail sales environment or even senior waitress or waiter working in a busy cosmopolitan restaurant.
Representative need to possess self-confidence (especially over the telephone) be organised and an enthusiastic self-starter
Tentative customer service is essential with excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
Good team player
