My Cloud Crew is an Australian boutique cloud staffing firm founded in 2017.
We hire seriously talented work-from-home Filipino staff to work with our Australian and US clients.
Work
remotely while travelling or from the comfort of your home office.
We are looking for Telemarketers to help our Sales Team with prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads..
You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities: link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
Responsibilities:
-Calls prospective clients and identifies potential opportunities
-Use call guides to provide information about MCC's service and present benefits
-Schedule appointments between Sales Executive and qualified customers
-Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached
-Nurture and warm prospects for further discussions with the Sales Team
-Answer incoming calls from prospective clients
-Ask pertinent questions to understand the clients' requirements, pain points, and areas of interest
-Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
-Researching potential customers who would benefit from our services
-Develop new business via telephone and LinkedIn outreach
-Clearly communicate our service offering and accurately record qualifying questions
-Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
Requirements
-Working PC with minimum RAM of 6GB
-Minimum 16 inch monitor
-Suitable home-office environment
-3 years inside sales and or marketing experience.
-Proven track record of success in lead generation.
-Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented
-Strong phone prospecting and selling experience.
-Must be skilled in the use of CRM.
-Ability to maintain sales leads, opportunities and revenue pipeline effectively.
-High level of integrity, professionalism and sense of urgency
-Highly organized
-Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills a must.
-Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
