Classification: Associate
Salary Grade: 18000 - 35000 Peso / month
Reports To: Account Manager, Client
Primary Relationships: Client Team

Background:
We are looking for Telemarketing Agents to join our company.
Telemarketing Agents help to develop the leads and appointments for the owner or Senior Sales Advisor. They contact potential customers to schedule appointments with their clients in order to help the sales pipeline. In order to do this role properly you should have amazing English skills, the ability to talk to anyone, and have the skill to be making outbound calls on the phone.
You're the first step in the prospecting process, and sales teams rely on your persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential customers. Your primary tool is usually through the telephone, though you might find new business through email and social media campaigns.
Main Roles:
You will be following up on cold leads, warm leads, and hot leads for your client, while creating new leads for the sales pipeline.
Basically, you need to be dynamic, flexible, and hard working!
Schedule:
Must feel comfortable working US business hours
Responsibilities:
Responsible for prospecting, cold calling, emailing, using Linked in to identify new prospects
Responsible for qualifying potential prospects as worth or follow up or not
Responsible for identifying sales opportunities via variety of cold prospecting techniques
Display professional communication via phone, text, and email
Organize and scheduling meetings an appointments
Call new leads derived from lists or other sources
Must build the sales prospect pipeline using CRM
Phone management (inbound and outbound)
Task and project management
Requirements:
A minimum of 1-2 years in a BPO setting or equivalent as a Sales Representative, Sales Associate, Lead Generation, Appointment Setter, or Telemarketer
Bachelor Degree holder or equivalent experience in the BPO Industry preferred, High School Diploma is the minimum requirement
Basic knowledge of business development, outbound sales, or appointment setting
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent English language skills (written and speaking)
Good time management and task management skills
A positive, persistent, and professional can-do attitude
Professional and able to connect/make a great impression on the first call
Handle rejection well; move on to the next call quickly
Noticeable organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently and meticulously
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
Able to demonstrate initiative
