TELECOMMUNICATIONS PROJECT MANAGER
 
We are looking for a Telecom Assistant Project Manager to be responsible for handling our company's ongoing projects and assisting the Telecom Project Manager. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. 
 
To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes.
 
JOB DESCRIPTION
Project or site monitoring of daily site deployment
Performance Monitoring of field personnels
Material Monitoring of pulled out equipments from HT Warehouse
Project Planning/ Scheduling of sites awarded by EFTI
Project Coordination with HTRPM regarding on-going project deployment
TSSR Monitoring (status ISDPE-survey) as well as TSSR creation and Revision (including CAD layout)
Asbuilt creation for (MSAN, RCO, Wireline AN, IPRANAN)
Create script of commissioning of MSAN
Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
QUALIFICATIONS
A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering
At least 2-4 years of experience of Telecommunications Manpower Handling (Supervisory level)
Experience in project management is an advantage.
Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
Experience as a Telecom Documentation Assistant, Telelcom Team Leader
Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
