Job Description
Customer Service Representatives handle concerns and complaints regarding goods and services. In addition to assisting consumers with returns, upgrades, and purchases, they frequently offer guidance and technical support. They typically do their business from residences, call centers, or office settings.
Responsibilities
Message clients via chat, email, and phone.
Answer inquiries with expertise about the product, the price, and the availability.
Incorporate internal departments to suit the needs of the consumer
entry of data across platforms
Qualifications
Work At Home Requirements:
· Must be 18 years of age and above
· At least high school graduate with diploma/certificate
· Minimum upload speed of 5 MBPS
· Minimum download speed of 10 MBPS
· Wired connection from modem/router to PC
· Conductive workspace away from distractions
· Highly stable internet connection with no packet loss
