Effective collaboration skills to achieve common goals with team members and clients
Good knowledge of Windows and MAC OS with ability to perform root cause analysis
Strong analytical and problem resolution skills

Experience in a technology operations or support role
Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks
Exposure to automation tools or scripting languages
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
