This role will report to the SATEC Program Director. The Technology Risk Analyst will assist in enhancing and maturing the SATEC Program to mitigate human-related risks. Note, this is a cybersecurity awareness, training, public speaking, marketing, communication, data analytics and reporting type of role. The incumbent is expected to work onsite in the Manila office post COVID-19. This is a highly collaborative role with a blend of creativity and technical responsibilities such as developing security training and awareness content, analyzing phishing campaign data to identify themes and trends, reporting, and coordinating security events. Contribute to maintaining OTR and SATEC Program's goals to effectively change risky human behaviors to desirable behaviors in a nonpunitive manner Ensure that embedded risk managers, aligned risk managers, and all DTCC workers are aware and understand DTCC's Information Security (IS) policies, control standards, and requirements Identify the top human risks and behaviors that need to change to protect DTCC's security posture Contribute to creating a positive Program that engages DTCC workers, to include focusing on changing behaviors both at home and at work, regardless of the devices they use (e.g., desktop, laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) Collaborate with the SATEC Program Director to identify automation opportunities for implementation Create or assist in the creation of cyber and security awareness-themed training content Ensure that users with elevated credentials understand the risks, responsibilities, and accountabilities through awareness training and activities Coordinate, facilitate, and/or lead project team special security events and project team meetings Assist in creating a metrics framework that can effectively measure delivery and effectiveness of the Program's objectives Develop and maintain the Program's processes, procedures, and job aides Assist in the development and distribution of security awareness announcements, newsletters, online content, and job aides Aide in the maintenance of the online presence and security awareness library Assist in capturing and publishing meeting minutes Physical Requirements: Work US East Coast hours Able to lift and carry files and materials up to 20 lbs Position requires adequate vision, hearing, and manual dexterity to interact with people in person, on the phone, via teleconferencing, web conferences, and in writing Education, Knowledge & Work Experience: Required: Experience in working in a cyber security awareness program and/or is working in capacity where creativity was needed to increase employee engagement and influence behaviors Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills Experience working in cross-departmental teams Content development skills is required (i.e., blogs, newsletter and intranet page articles, PowerPoint, and training). Writing samples is a plus. Familiar with cybersecurity and risk-related standards, frameworks best practices Able to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision Excel in a fast pace and agile environment Mastered multi-tasking and following up Demonstrates flexibility, cooperation, collegiality, and teamwork abilities Demonstrates data analysis abilities to aid in identifying training gaps and delivering training to the right people at the right time Extremely strong attention to detail Confidence and presence when working with senior management Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Project Preferred: College degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or Marketing/Communications Cybersecurity certification Lean Six Sigma certification Project management experience and/or certification User behavior or data analytical skills HTML coding SCORM-compliant course with authoring tool skills
