Description
Welink MCS is hiring for a Technology Management Head in behalf of a client partner in the Toll Road and Operation Industry.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Technology Management:
- Leads in planning, anticipating, and implementing ****rmation technology solutions that reflect the company's advocacy in advancing technology based environment.
- Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of organizational ****rmation systems, software applications, and ****rmation technology support and infrastructure systems.
- Directs and manages ****rmation technology plans, schedules, policies and programs in a variety of areas, including but not limited to all business operations, computer services, desktop computer support, network communications, and support, implementation and administration of software to support the mission and accomplish the goals and objectives of the company.
- Guide IT governance to establish IT priorities, develop policies and standards, and allocate IT resources.
- Ensure delivery of appropriate, effective, efficient, sustainable and secure IT services to customers and lead implementation of ****rmation technology for appropriate use in operations and office management.
- Collaborates with customers to identify technology needs and be open minded to innovative solutions to meet customer expectations.
- Analyzes organizational impact of technology trends and best practices on business solutions, evaluates how future technology solutions impact current and future business and establishes long-term plans and strategies to ensure optimization of services across organization.
- Responsible for developing, recommending and implementing all technology operations policies and procedures for the company.
• People Management:
- Manages Technology Management staff in accordance with organizational policies and objectives.
- Set objectives for the division and individuals aligned with company KPIs.
- Provide guidance to staff regarding procedures, issues, work priorities, and projects.
- Evaluate and verify employee performance through the review of completed projects.
- Review and assist the team with the resolution of Technology Management related issues as they arise.
- Ensure required competencies of its staff.
- Control and monitor Technology Management work to ensure correct manning level and competencies.
• Others:
- Manage and organize the Technology Management Division to ensure functions are handled efficiently, in a sound economic way, and to customer satisfaction.
- Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the Division and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
- Perform job in accordance with processes and procedures stipulated in the management system and company policies.
- Ensure coordination with the other disciplines and Department/Division as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
• Key Qualifications:
- Education: Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field; Master's degree in computer science, or an appropriate area of specialization is a plus
-Specialized knowledge: Well versed in all aspects of software, hardware and networking in addition to embracing building new and innovative customer cloud based solutions. Knowledge of leadership techniques and principles.
- Skills (including any technical or interpersonal skills): Strong analytical and quantitative Skills; Decision-Making Skills; Strong Prioritization and Organization Skills; Exceptional Communication (oral and written) and Customer Service Skills; Presentation Skills; Technical Skills, expert skills in large-scale programs, project planning and implementation, portfolio management, IT governance, standards, methodologies, processes and procedures; managing contracts with IT hardware, software, and telecommunication vendors; including experienced in developing, maintaining, and revising management procedures and processes; proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)
- Abilities: Ability to multi-task; Ability to strategize and solve problems; Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures; Ability in leading ****rmation technology transformation from a traditional IT divisions of data centers, and networks to embracing creative customer focused cloud based application deliverables
- Other characteristics: Strong attention to detail; proactive in problem solving and getting issues resolved, and take initiative for proper and timely action in all respects; An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers; Business acumen and exemplary work ethics
- Professional Certification (Licenses needed): N/A
- Experience: 8-10 years of progressive experience in ****rmation technology or related experience preferred with more than 5 years management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
