Enable end user with newly trend technology in terms of automation and digitalization
Enable end user defining IT requirements
Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendation to resolve business problem
Provide user manual, guidelines and assistance
Develop dashboard for department usage and end user
Gain experience working across diverse groups locally and in the Southeast Asian Region
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or any related courses
Has knowledge with the use of MS Applications (including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate , Excel, MS Teams, IT Portal, etc.)
Building strong collaboration with end user or customers
Review feedback and continuously improve to achieve end users or customers satisfaction
Passion, service-oriented, pro-active, result-driven and smart thinker
Can render at least 500 hours of internship
Can work in a hybrid setup
