Senior Manager / Manager specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
Responsibilities
Job Role:
Develop and/or guide development of new formulation technologies.
Develop and/or provide project management for new applications, product launch testing plan, data analysis, and/or communication of results.
Develop testing process to ensure our products meet customer's performance requirements.
Manages successful resolution of customer complaints/issues.
Develop and implement raw material technical planning projects to provide supply ?exibility and cost savings opportunities.
Scout new raw material technologies for product development purposes.
Partner e?ectively with product stewardship and regulatory requirements to drive regulatory compliance and corporate adherence.
Provide technical leadership through mentoring, training, and coaching direct reports.
Advocate a strong safety and performance culture and accountability within the team.
Additional Requirements
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in any of the ?.: Chemistry, Chemical or any related Engineering course.
PRC license is an advantage.
Must at least 3 years in PVC formulations and processing.
Has expertise in using testing equipment for PVC.
Pro?cient practitioner of Design of Experiment and statistical tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must be able to project a strong and con?dent professional image.
Willing to be assigned in Calumpit, Bulacan.
Additional Info
Salary between PHP 45,000.00 and PHP 50,000.00
