TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANT
 
General Functions:
 
Technology Consultant, provide technical service and support to relevant internal people and to customers by:
Being recognized as a source of technical expertise on the Enterprise products and Solution sets that ICS offers.
Doing proper and thorough qualification of customer's requirement in relation to the Enterprise products/solutions that ICS carries and providing complete and accurate recommendations.
Doing evaluation and testing of supported IT products.
Maintaining and developing technical specialization and certifications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years in IT consultancy, product research, training, or support.
Working knowledge and/or skill in Systems Analysis and Design.
Working knowledge and/or skill in any current IT network infrastructure and products.
Has attained any technical certification from major IT brands or IT certification institution.
Strong analytical, reasoning, and comprehension skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Capable of writing technical reports and conducting presentations/training
