JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Working with Supervisors and line structures on a regular base to review schedule Jobs and requirements such us inks, boards and tools needed and give advice and technical Support to achieve optimum KPI results.
2. Participate with Production Team on the Formulation of IPS/UPS and implementation of improvement SOP/OPL and conduct training and coaching for production Line teams and supports.
3. Coordinate with ink section on the ink trouble shooting and develop strong solution to improved process.
4. Recommend ink formulation to use for long term plans.
5. Collaborate with PMR in development standards for each tooling and accessories to build standards.
6. Support Printing Operation and conduct technical diagnostic and adjustment advice for Lemanic inline Machine and Die Cutting issues.
7. Collaborate with PD on the formulation of New Jobs (NPI) as Printing and Die cutting SME.
8. Strong technical know-how on the die cutting process, including development up to diecut tool /roratary tool point of use.
9. Knowledge in operating of gravure machine as equivalent.
10. Update Superiors Feedback and recommendation.
11. Knowledge in MS office applications to use for report and presentation.
12. Ensures compliance of all personnel to the Environment, Health, & Safety (EHS) policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Integrated Management System (IMS), Housekeeping, Amcor Code of Conduct, company initiatives and Company Rules and Regulations (CRR).
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any 4 years course with related specialization.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in production work.
Familiar with ink, printing, die cutting tools and accessories.
With basic training in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and EHS orientation.
