What You'll Do:
Investigate production issues, deviations, and equipment malfunctions.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Create or update 2D/3D designs for process improvements, jigs, and fixtures.
Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to enhance efficiency and safety.
Ensure all work complies with GMP, ISO, and company quality standards.
What We're Looking For:
Graduate of Electromechanical course or college level preferably Electronics and Communications Engineering.
At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, or process design.
Skilled in investigation and problem-solving tools (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, etc.).
Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
Detail-oriented, creative, and a team player.
