1. Must have NC II Electrical Installation and or Maintenance or NC II in Mechatronic Servicing.
2.1-year experience in plant maintenance and troubleshooting
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Provides preventive and predictive maintenance of the electrical and mechanical systems, conducting daily rounds and readings.
2. Leads successful installation and repair of electrical and mechanical systems and wiring including but not limited to: lighting system, motor control system, power distribution systems, generator set, lightning arrester, process control and automation system, alarm systems, surveillance and communication system, steam generation, compressed air, etc.
3. Completes daily assigned works and accomplishes the work order form. Activities involve servicing of bearings, fans, control panels, motors, etc.
4. Logs daily activities into a Turnover Logbook to update the team with progress and new issues.
5. Carries out troubleshooting unplanned work orders. activities
6. Performs repair by dismounting, mounting, overhauling, fitting, polishing and repair- welding to recondition damaged/shabby equipment.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Vocational
