Install, configure, deploy and maintain CIM hardware resources inclusive of user interface terminals and applications, server, application and database monitoring
Assist CIM Engineer in conducting training of CIM solutions to Operations
Create training materials (One Point Lecture) for Operations
Perform installation and configuration of CIM software systems in production
Support UAT. Participate on test data setup for unit and performance (load, stress) testing
Provide technical (L1) support for CIM production related system issues and elevate to CIM Engineer as needed. Can be assigned in shifts to provide 24x7 support coverage
Monitor application stability, performance and availability
Promptly resolve operations issues
Qualifications
Completed at least a 2-year Technical or Computer course
Familiar with manufacturing application architecture, performance characteristics, databases and application management utilities
Sufficient programming experience necessary to develop OS scripts to automate application start up, shutdown and backup facilities
Knowledgeable of software testing processes and tester equipment operating system
Demonstrates understanding of manufacturing processes and flows
Possesses knowledge of manufacturing production equipment setup and configuration
Knowledge in Windows and Linux OS environment
Knowledge in data cabling and interfacing protocols
Good verbal and written communication skills
