Job Description
Supervising and/or conducting test protocols, as assigned, to ensure products and systems meet the specified requirements and customer expectations in incoming, manufacturing, factory test labs, or final inspection quality, including internal testing
Supporting quality control needs and activities for supplier quality, production quality, testing and validation, and engineering.
Executing and assisting specific quality-related training, promoting a passion for quality and integrity in all actions, with a focus on result orientation.
Collecting, recording, and evaluating data to be interpreted according to the internal specifications, customer needs, and applicable national and/or global standards.
Supervising and/or performing regular inspections on different process in production lines to ensure they comply with company quality standards.
Reviewing employee productivity and performance to ensure they meet quality targets or recommending improvements to meet targets and quality standards
Creating regular reports highlighting audit and inspection performance and areas/process that require improvement
Implementing relevant emergency response procedures during emergency situations
Training new employees on company procedures and policies, including ethics policies and safety measures
Accurately completing all necessary documentation for regulatory compliance
Qualifications:
A minimum of 7 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Expierence in electrical quality control and testing switchgear industry and customer testing.
Experience in QC process, in-process testing, final test and FAT of switchgear
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Self-starter who can operate with little supervision.
