Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Monitor the yield and condition of HGA models machines allocated to mass production
· Conduct physical failure analysis of products and create failure analysis report
· Perform process qualification of machines after repair
· Implement technical changes as described in official change document
· Propose improvement projects
· Perform controlled experiments with guidance of engineers
· Collection of data and data analysis
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
· Graduate of a technical course such as mechatronics, electro-mechanics
· With background experience in quality control, data monitoring and analysis
· Background in failure analysis from similar industry
· Knows how to use MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
· Can work on night shift, weekends & holidays such as Holy Week, Christmas or New Year
PREFERRED:
· Experience in HGA Quasi, Laser PSA/RSA adjust
· Experience in equipment calibration and correlation
SKILLS:
· MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint
· Microscope
