Job Description Summary: Job Description: Responsible for sustaining manufacturing process controls and procedures. Responsible to support and sustain manufacturing processes and procedures. Support qualification/certification of all necessary materials for manufacturing processes. Generate/Submit Qualification report. Support to analyze day-to-day process-related issues and provide disposition, containment, and corrective action. Responsible to support process set-ups such as machine qualification, machine set-up, and checking of process improvements. Support to sustain and monitor yield. Able to train operators in the assigned areas. Monitor and support defined SPC (Statistical process control) plan Inform immediate superior of any relevant engineering procedures, assembly specification that needs changes, and clarifications. Do other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
