TECHNICIAN (MEDICAL FACTORY)
 
Job description
 
We are actively looking for motivated Technicians to be key contributors in our production equipment group activities.
 
As a Technician, your key responsibilities will include:
Identifies and troubleshoots problems related to processes, materials, or equipment to minimize downtime and recommends solutions for process equipment in production
Develops, assembles, procures, or modifies existing and new tooling, fixtures, and equipment to ensure efficient production methods
Assists with process equipment engineering-related technical documents, including revisions and improvements to manufacturing methods and procedures
Performs tests, gathers data, writes results/reports with assistance from production engineering, and utilizes various types of electromechanical equipment
Promotes and supports lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities in manufacturing
Conducts preventive maintenance on manufacturing process equipment and ensures accurate record-keeping
Conducts technical work on production process equipment as requested or ordered by other divisions
 Educational Requirement
An Associate/High School Graduate of a vocational course (Electrical/Electronics)
Additional Qualifications
With valid National Certificate II (NCII) or above is a plus
Experience in preventive maintenance related works, machine troubleshooting, machine installation, PLC programming in a manufacturing industry is an advantage
Has a high sense of responsibility, is self-motivated, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work longer hours as needed to meet project deadlines
