Provide daily or shift report to Equipment Engineer. Monitor and ensure equipment are always operational and PM and Cal are always updated. Collaboration with operators and engineering in resolving quality issue (machine and process related). Responsible in updating downtime and uptime reports thru R7/R8 system, active participation in AM-PM programs and 5S programs. Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering field or the equivalent in experience. More than 3 years of experience as Assembly Line Sustaining Technician Experience in handling various equipment used in assembly of QFN, TQFP and SOIC packages. Knowledgeable in various machines for Backgrind, Wafer Saw, DA, WB, molding, plating, marking and packing. Familiar with quality system such as TS16949, HSPM. Familiar with failure analysis techniques. Ability to manage workload while contributing to a positive, team-oriented work environment. Skilled with common workplace software (MS Word, Excel, etc.) Ability to multi-task across various tasks with shifting priorities. Availability for off-hours calls.
