Job Description
Maintains quality probe card, load board and cable.
Operates and maintains probe card analyzer equipment.
Performs cable and load board assembly.
Online and offline troubleshooting and repair of probe hardware.
Performs probe card cleaning material change.
Ensures up to date information of hardware in database system.
Performs probe card inspection, assessment, disposition, pin re-shape, replacement, alignment and planarity repairs.
Generates or modify probe card reference file for analyzer equipment.
Ensures probe hardware compliance to specifications.
Attends downtime related to probe card, load board, cable and change of cleaning material.
Validates probe marks online.
Monitors probe card touchdown life.
Records hardware status in database system.
Solders hardware components.
Performs hardware oven bake and ultra-sonic bath.
Performs load board and cable repairs.
Communicates hardware priorities and handshake activities.
Manages hardware materials, components and spares.
Supports continuous improvement programs with the teams.
Participates in root cause analysis of issues related to hardware.
Performs other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Technology graduate or equivalent qualification.
A minimum of 2 years related experience pertaining to job applied.
Basic understanding in electronics or electrical circuits.
Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evening shift.
Effective problem-solving abilities.
Semiconductor fundamentals.
Understands IC test process.
Good in written and verbal communication skills.
Able to operate PC and can use Microsoft Office applications
