Together, we can build the future of data storage.Job DescriptionSummary of the Role:As a Technician III, Manufacturing, you will be responsible for maintaining, inspecting, and troubleshooting equipment in a cleanroom environment while ensuring compliance with cleanliness, safety, and operational protocols. The role includes performing preventive maintenance, managing inventory, supporting equipment setup, and documenting all activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, implement cost-saving initiatives, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.Job Responsibilities and Role Accountabilities:
Perform daily preventive maintenance of cleaning tools in a cleanroom environment, adhering to cleanliness protocols and safety standards.
Conduct basic troubleshooting and repair of equipment, documenting all activities and outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and complete machine check sheets promptly.
Execute cost reduction initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance.
Participate in regular training to stay updated on equipment maintenance techniques and safety procedures.
Assist in the installation, setup, and inspection of equipment, following manufacturer guidelines and company protocols.
Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Prepare detailed reports on equipment performance and maintenance activities.
Adhere to all company safety policies and contribute to the improvement of standard operating procedures.
QualificationsEducation and Work Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or any related technology field.
Atleast 2 years of technical experience in equipment maintenance or a related field.
Industry exposure in the Electronics or Semiconductor Manufacturing setup is highly preferred.
Experience working in a cleanroom environment is highly desirable.
Skills and Competency Requirements:
Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and procedures.
Knowledge of safety protocols in industrial settings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to read and interpret machine diagrams.
Ability to multitask effectively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
