Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Quality Engineering systems and applications essential to achieving goals related to Road to Zero and Quality Management System compliance.
Manage development of Quality Tools and Systems, such as PFMEA, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Best Practice Sharing, etc., defining and collating all user and standard requirements
Maintain the developed systems and make necessary updates to cater to changes and user needs
Document and train others on the Tools and Systems
Perform Data analysis and make recommendation for improvements, and drive corrective actions
Interact and resolve customer issues with IT organization
Support integration activities and Projects during Company acquisitions
Support Internal and Customer Audits
Tracks, Report, and Work to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Support and participate in Process Improvement Activities and Projects
Interface with Customers, Global users, and Manufacturing sites to respond day to day requests and resolve issues
Develop and maintain an effective communication process across organization
Qualifications
Requirements:
BS Degree, preferred (e.g., Business, IT)
Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word) Adobe Acrobat
Ability to manipulate, analyze and interpret large amounts of data using Excel (Macros, VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, etc)
Preferred Web Development skills and other common Programming knowledge
Strong Analytical skills
Good work ethics
Excellent Customer Service
Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness and strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to communicate technical issues with or provide training to operators/engineers, ability to present issues to local management
Document Control job experience helpful but not necessary
