Responsibilities
Responsible for performing the initial investigation and simulations on maverick lots, supporting engineering evaluations and machine health check
Performs investigation, simulation and initial disposition on maverick lots
Supports the characterization, optimization and qualification projects of process engineers
Performs machine setup, calibration, health check and buy-off
Supports production during project safe launch
Assists in the analysis and resolution of customer issues
Mentors production operator and line technicians in skills-up training and certification
Perform other functions to support engineering requirements.
Qualifications
Requirement:
Graduate of 3 years Technology Course
At least 2-years experience as technician in a semiconductor company
Hands-on experience in hydraulics, servomotors, pumps, sensors, motor, electro-pneumatics and PLC
Proper use of hand tools, measuring, and calibration instruments
Can read and interpret electrical & electronics diagrams, and mechanical drawings
Good communication skills.
