Responsibilities:
Production Line support for equipment in assigned area.
Assists in the management/updating of Equipment 201 File.
Assists in new equipment setup, resolution of major equipment problems, and equipment restoration.
Assists in the development of projects to improve equipment performance, prolong the life of parts, and management of spares.
Assists in the development of preventive maintenance schedules, procedures, checklists, buy-off, and specifications.
Assists in the analysis and resolution of customer issues.
Mentors production operators and assists in skills-up training and certification.
Perform other functions to support manufacturing
Qualifications
Requirements:
Graduate of 3 years Technology Course with at least one (1) year experience as Line Maintenance Technician in a Semiconductor company
At least 2 years of experience as a Line or Equipment Technician in a semiconductor company
Hands-on experience in Shinkawa
With experience in hydraulics, servomotors, pumps, sensors, motor controls, Electro-pneumatics, and PLC.
Proper use of hand tools, measuring, and calibration instruments.
Can read and interpret electrical & electronics diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
Good communication skills.
