Responsibilities:
Perform both offline/online load board repair and support
Responsible for doing site restoration of load board-related issue
Support and align with the team metrics and defined improvement plan
Part of the team activities in depleting of hardware backlog for repair.
Support new hardware qualification, N+1, and migration
Assist engineer/head/supervisor in project development to improve load board performance and manage the on-hand spare.
Directly support its manufacturing production customer
Support all test manufacturing requirements
In all the tasks, the safety and quality should be on top of the priority, and compliance
Qualifications
Requirements
Graduate of 3-year technology-related course, major in electronics, electrical, computer or equivalent
At least 3 years of direct experience in Final Test or Probe Operation
With a good background in electronic repair job function, component level
Knowledgeable in Logic, Analog, and Mixed-Signal Testing methodology
Knowledgeable in Test System Equipment, 1.) Eagle Test Systems (300/364/800), 2.) Automated handler equipment (Pick and Place and Gravity Feed) would be an advantage
Skilled in handling different precision measuring tools and instrumentation
Can read and interpret schematic diagrams and familiar with different ELEX components
Coachable, persistent, enthusiastic to learn and has initiative, a team player
Analytical, data-driven with good communication skills and ability to perform under pressure
