Responsibilities
Responsible for Line Sustenance activities for equipment in assigned area
Production Line support for equipment in assigned area.
Assists in the management/updating of Equipment 201 File.
Assists in new equipment setup, resolution of major equipment problems and equipment restoration.
Assists in the development of projects to improve equipment performance, prolong life of parts, and management of spares.
Assists in the development of preventive maintenance schedule, procedure, checklists, buy-off, and specifications.
Assists in the analysis and resolution of customer issues.
Mentors production operator and assists in skills-up training and certification.
Perform other functions to support manufacturing requirements
Qualifications
Requirements
Graduate of 3 years Technology (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical) Course with at least two years experience in Semiconductor company industry
At least 3 years experience in Semiconductor manufacturing operations specifically Trim.
With knowledge and preferably with hands-on experience in hydraulics, servomotors, pumps, sensors, motor controls, Electro-pneumatics and PLC.
Knowledgeable in the proper use of hand tools, measuring, and calibration instruments.
Can read and interpret electrical & electronics diagrams, mechanical drawings.
With tooling experience is an advantage.
Good communication skills.
